DELIVERY TIME
-The usual delivery time is 3 to 5 days, but given that all pieces are handcrafted one by one especially for you, sometimes the delivery time can take up to 15 days. . In this case, we will inform you when we receive your order.
CARE
-Silver Pieces: Gently clean with a toothbrush dipped in lukewarm water and soap for delicate clothes. You can also use the cloth that you will receive with your order. In no case use chemical products.
-Gold-plated pieces: Use the chamois that you will receive with your order. Moisten it with warm water and neutral soap if the jewel is very dirty.
-Leather: It is not recommended to wet it. Use a Nivea type cream a couple of times a year to keep the leather hydrated.
-Resins: They do not require any special care.
-Zircons / Crystals: They do not require any special care.
El anillo es precioso 🤩 lo más lindo que ví. Lamentablemente a las pocas horas de uso me pinto el dedo verde negro 😭😭😡. una pena porque asî, no se lo puede usar.

El bronce, al no ser un metal noble, puede reaccionar a veces al PH de algunas pieles.
Esta puede ser la razón del color verde que le deja en el dedo. Otras razones pueden ser el uso de colonias, cremas de mano…
Lo más recomendable es que el anillo no entre en contacto con ningún producto químico, y que cuando no lo utilice lo guarde en una bolsita para mantenerlo en perfecto estado.
