So, if you need to make an exchange or return, we've created a simple, fair, and hassle-free process.

Resolve all your doubts below:

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.

The product must be sent in perfect condition , with no signs of use, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase or, failing that, a piece of paper with the order number for identification.

Inside the package, remember to include: your name, surname, address (specifying that it is a return) and a contact telephone number .

We offer a free first exchange , whether for size or another product. In this case, PLATADEPALO covers all shipping costs.

If a second exchange is necessary, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Custom or custom-made pieces cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

These items require exclusive craftsmanship , carried out by hand by our masters.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

In these cases, PLATADEPALO will cover the costs of collection and replacement, at no cost to you.

Options:

  • Change size → Enter the new size.
  • Product Exchange → We'll give you a code for the value of the item to redeem on our website.
  • Return → We will refund you the amount once we have inspected the jewelry.
