Exchanges and returns

If you wish to exchange or return an item purchased at www.platadepalo.com, you can do so within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
 
Your products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, along with the parts, packaging, and a copy of the order details or a piece of paper with the order number for identification. Along with the returned items, you must include your full name, address (specifying that it is a return in the package), and a phone number so we can contact you if there are any problems with your return.
 
Returned items will be carefully inspected. Once their condition has been verified, the corresponding amount will be refunded if the jewelry is in perfect condition. If not, the customer will be offered a replacement if the piece is defective or a refund if the item arrived in poor condition and was not broken or damaged by the buyer.
 
The options we offer for exchanges and returns:
 
  1. If it's a size exchange: When you return it, you must email us the size you want.
  2. If you're exchanging a product you purchased for a different one: we'll generate a personalized code for the total amount of your purchase or the parts you want to exchange so you can exchange it for another product of the same or higher price. If it's higher, you'll have to pay the difference.
  3. If it's a return: We'll refund you the amount of the parts you want to return.

Once we have received the parts, we will proceed to make whichever option you choose.
