Depending on the item purchased, the delivery date may vary.

• If the purchased item is in stock, the delivery time is a maximum of 72 hours on working days

• If the purchased item is not in stock, the standard production time is 15 working days and the delivery time after this time is a maximum of 72 hours on working days.

Orders are processed the next business day after purchase. Orders placed on Fridays will not be processed until Monday.

Due to some holidays or external circumstances that the transport company may experience, the order may be delayed from the estimated delivery date.

Payment for the products and the respective shipping costs can be made by PAYPAL, credit cards (VISA, VISA ELECTRON AND MASTERCARD), GOOGLE PAY, APPLE PAY. For national orders, Sequra and bank transfer.

Orders

To proceed with the return, you must first contact us by email at info@platadepalo.com indicating the reason and our team will provide you with the instructions.

If you wish to exchange or return an item purchased at www.platadepalo.com you can do so within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

Your products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, along with the parts, packaging and a copy of the invoice or a paper with the order number on it so that it can be identified. Along with the returned items, you must include your name, surname, address (specifying that it is a return in the package) and a telephone number so that we can contact you if there is any problem with your return.

Returned items will be carefully inspected. Once their condition has been checked, the corresponding amount will be refunded if the jewellery is in perfect condition.

Otherwise, the customer will be offered to repair the part if it is defective or to refund the amount if the part has arrived in poor condition and has not been broken or damaged by the buyer.

Your order will be refunded as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate.

You can only request a refund within 14 calendar days from the delivery of your order.

Shipping costs will be free for purchases of at least 69.90 euros in Spain and the Balearic Islands.

In Europe they will be free from 119.90 euros, and in the USA and the rest of the world from 399.90 euros.

For orders destined for a country outside the European Union, the buyer will be responsible for any taxes and customs fees that may apply, in accordance with local legislation.
