If you wish to make a change or return, you have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
Your products must be in the same condition as they were delivered , along with the parts, packaging and a copy of the order details or a paper with the order number so that it can be identified.
Along with the returned items, you must include your name, surname, address (specifying that it is a return in the package) and a telephone number so that we can contact you if there is any problem with your return.
Once the condition has been checked, the corresponding amount will be paid if the jewel is in perfect condition. If not, the customer will be offered to repair the piece if it is defective or to refund the amount if the piece has arrived in poor condition and has not been broken or damaged by the buyer.
All PLATADEPALO jewellery has a three-year guarantee from delivery or two years if purchased before 2022. If during this period your jewellery breaks or is damaged, please contact us.
We will need you to keep the defective product and send us a photo showing its condition, so that we can process your incident. We need to check the condition in order to provide you with a solution. Once assessed, depending on the situation and the product, we will offer you one solution or another.
This warranty does not cover breakage due to misuse, wear and/or scratches caused by use, wear of the gold plating or dirt on the jewelry.

- SIZES : We offer standard sizes. If you require a custom size, please indicate this in the "Order Comments" section of your shopping cart. ⚠️ Except for OUTLET products, which are only available in the sizes listed.
- EARRINGS : All our earrings have 925 sterling silver clasps, which, being a hypoallergenic metal, prevent allergic reactions or skin irritations. Furthermore, we strictly control their weight to ensure maximum comfort.
- STONE COLOR : Our stones are natural or semi-precious, which means there is often variation from one stone to another. Consequently, there may be a slight color difference between the product photos and the actual product. This is the beauty and irregularity of nature and the handcrafted process.
- 925 SILVER : Most of our pieces are made with 925 sterling silver (92.5% silver and 7.5% copper). However, there are a few exceptions (some of our chains, the cross on the Monza necklace) that have a 10-micron silver plating, because if they were made of solid silver, the price would be as high as that of fine jewelry.
- GOLD PLATING : Products we offer with 3-micron gold plating, only if not in stock and need to be ordered, may experience a delay of more than 2-3 weeks. This is because once handcrafted in our workshop, they must be sent to another workshop for plating, so the total production time could reach 4 weeks.
- Jewelry with bronze in direct contact with the skin
Warning: In some of our jewelry, where bronze comes into direct contact with the skin, it is possible that the bronze may leave greenish or dark stains on the skin, only in some people and depending on the pH of their skin.
Reason: This is due to a chemical reaction with sweat and/or chemicals. The presence of copper compounds in bronze, only in some people and depending on their skin's pH, can, upon contact with sweat and/or chemicals, form copper carbonate, which is responsible for those greenish or dark stains.
Solutions: These stains are completely harmless. To remove them, simply wash the affected area with warm water and mild soap, scrubbing with a nail brush if necessary. If the stain persists, you can dab it with a small amount of cotton soaked in apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, leave it on for a few minutes, and then rinse thoroughly. You can also apply a thin coat of clear nail polish to the inside of the bronze piece; this will create a protective barrier between your skin and the metal. - All our products are shipped in a gift-ready and sustainable box.
